Stone WALL Making Workshop
Learn how to make traditional stone wall, Dalmatian traditional construction. Learn the principles and application of traditional stone wall construction techniques. Today, unfortunately, they are rapidly declining. The sun, wind, rain and salt are destroying the fragile stone structures, there are fewer shepherds using them, and there is no one to restore them.
Seasonal fruits jam making workshop
We offer cooking classes with usage of local fruits and we will teach you how to make fruit jam, candied citruses and almonds!
Grape and olive picking
Korčula island actually lives well after our busy tourist seasons. People work hard picking grapes in September and October when olive-picking season starts. If you really want to get completely local, visit the island after the summer months and get involved in some agricultural work that takes place between September and December. If you are lucky, and if the weather is still fine, you might even enjoy the beach in the so-called velvet season.
