General terms
These Terms & Conditions shall become effective upon receipt of payment for a service to OPG Rumarinka (hereinafter referred to as “Rumarinka”). They apply to organized tours by Rumarinka and any other transfers, excursions, or services arranged on behalf of and at the request of customers.
Payment for Rumarinka Organized Tours
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation of Tour or Service by You
For any tour, except private tours, transfer, or service cancellation, a full refund will be issued if made in writing to EMAIL at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour or service date. No refunds will be possible for cancellations received within 48 hours of the tour (excluding private tours).
Private tours are fully refundable if a cancellation is made in writing to EMAIL at least 7 days before the scheduled private tour date. No refunds will be possible for cancellations received within 7 days of the private tour date.
Cancellation of Service by Rumarinka or Service Provider
In the event of a need to cancel any booked service by Rumarinka or a third-party service provider, prompt notification will be provided, and a refund of any payment made will be issued.
Liability
Submission of your deposit or full payment signifies your acceptance of all services and arrangements facilitated by Rumarinka. Rumarinka shall not be held liable and assumes no responsibility for any claims, damages, expenses, or other financial losses, whether to person or property, arising from injury, accident, death, cancellation, delay, alteration, or inconvenience resulting from the actions or omissions of carriers, restaurants, other companies, or individuals providing the included services, or caused by weather, illness, strikes, quarantines, or deliberate or negligent acts of any other service participants, or any other causes beyond the control of Rumarinka.
Certain services (partner tours and transfers) are provided by independent contractors, not employees of Rumarinka. We accept no liability for the actions, errors, representations, warranties, breaches, negligence, or personal injuries, deaths, property damage, or other losses or expenses resulting from services provided by such suppliers. No liability is assumed, and no refund will be issued for delays, cancellations, overbooking, or any other circumstances beyond their immediate control.
Fitness and Travel Insurance
By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you confirm that you possess sufficient travel insurance coverage for your participation in the tour. Particularly for active tours, you are required to be in good health and sound physical condition. While every effort is made to ensure a secure and enjoyable trip, it is important to recognize that certain risks are associated with all activities, and accidents may occur. Therefore, it is essential to be adequately covered by travel health insurance, encompassing medical assistance during your time in Croatia as well as repatriation expenses to your home country.
Helmets policy
In reference to bike tours: Helmets are available. Wearing a helmet is not mandatory under Croatian law. However, if you choose not to wear a helmet, you assume full responsibility and consequences for your decision.
